With the integration of rrbone, we have taken another important step as part of our medium to long-term growth strategy. The acquisitions contribute to our goal of expanding our own market presence in the areas of fiber optics, data center services, IP transit and line technology and expanding the portfolio of technology-based telecommunications solutions.
Our customers will benefit
Through the acquisition, rrbone's B2B and B2C customers will benefit from an expanded product and service offering based on LWLcom's independent infrastructure. This includes, among other things, three of our own data centers and a national backbone that connects the most important German metropolitan regions via our own and rented fiber optic network.
